While working for the Auckland District Health Board in 2008, I was trained in providing clinical supervision. From 2009 to 2013 I have been providing it in full time capacity as Clinical Manager to 16 members of the Options Program Team with Family Service Toronto. My clinical consultations cover assessment, goal setting and attaining, formulation, crisis response, psychotherapy, advocacy, and resources facilitation.
Through clinical consultations, I have been supporting students and fresh graduates, as well as professionally mature social workers and other professionals.
